This model is constructed from ¼" × 1-½" solid stainless steel flat bar, creating an extremely rigid frame that holds up in demanding environments. Our stainless steel spark screens feature expanded stainless steel mesh that will not rip or tear. Unlike traditional wire mesh screens that can easily bend, rip, or break—especially in high-traffic areas where screens may be bumped, kicked, or poked—our expanded metal design is built to withstand heavy use, abuse, and challenging outdoor conditions.

Due to its durability and safety, this heavy-duty spark screen style is commonly used in commercial and public fire pits, including installations in parks, resorts, restaurants, and community spaces. Expanded metal spark screens like this are often required in commercial wood and gas fire pit installations.
